Default HPI RS4 Drifter (Tunning)

I've been having to mess an awful lot with this to get it started. Yes, I am a rookie, but I cant find "stock" settings to start with everytime. Anyone know if I should just do 50/50 on both needles to always start with????

Thanks,

Chop
