I just made a switch from the RDL to T-1031 w/ a Kyosho Header and big difference all around. Anyone here tried the 1031 vs. Kyosho Pipe.....w/c is better?

The RB header, looks similar to the RD Logics but a hell of a lot shorter.

And the pipe from RB. It's long for those big tracks and I think the longest for the FW. I liken it to an 086 pipe.

How much maximum and practical pinion teeth gap between 1st and 2nd pinion that I can have it on my Fw05R? Can I go as maximum as 20/27 ?

You should be able to. The 0.8 gearing module would make gear shifting more efficient without bogging down the engine too much. The NTC3 has been doing this all the while (limited to 6 tooth jump 21/27 due to gear meshing) when other cars would be lucky enough to have an engine that could pull a maximum jump of 5 tooth on the pinion.

20/27 is possible. Please refer to the gear ratio chart attached.
