The layout to this car is the same as the Mugen MSX-3. The Mugen is supposed to be an entry level racer. I have put the optional 2 speed gearbox on and fitted a Novarossi NS12 and home made anti roll bars and it is more than a match for my V-1-RR GT

The hubs were a bit sloppy so I managed to tighten everything up with some shimming.

The Mugen even has a nice radio box to keep the dirt and water off the electrics!

Down side is with all the hop ups it comes out way more expensive than the FW-05R!!

How confusing.. the pictures of the FW05 definitely look like a 200mm car, but Kyosho's FW04 was a SuperTen and it seems stupid for them to name a new 200mm car an FW05..

i have one on order, should arrive soon. one thing i would like to know is (for the guys that have one) can a pullstart engine be fitted to it? is there enough room?

i own the FW-04 with a 4 stroke and its a wild car to drive! i have to choose shaft over belt any day!

I think that O.S. 6160 Super10 manifold and T-1031 Tuned silencer will fit too.
