Yes , the FW-05RR Sirio kit comes with a Kyosho polished pipe. I have the kit but have'nt built it yet. It looks like the outlaw one (bigger outlet)

I'm totally at a loss here. Where do I buy parts for the FW-05RR kit? Online or mail order stores. I want one where it they hold a wide range of parts. I prefer stores in the US or Asia.

I've tried searching on the net but nothing turns up with meaningful results. It's as if this car doesn't even exist.

I get bearing at the local hardware stores.....just take a sample along.

I do this and save a lot of $$$. Especially for my buggies and Mini=Z but never for the fw or the RRR.

How come your bearings went bad......

Well, that's why I want to buy one coz I don't have a sample to begin with. hehehe... I also believe the bearings on the steering plate are somewhat hard to find.

You can find them on ebay for like 10us. They prob aren't for FW-05 but you can get the ones for the V1RRR.

Default Just ordered FW05RR kit with Sirio Evo2 TUP 5 port

Just ordered FW05RR kit with Sirio Evo2 TUP 5 port.

Any advice will be appreciated for building this kit?

Must I true the front tires smaller than the rear. I know I was adviced to do that for my V1RRR kit when using foam tires.

I've had the best experience w/ the tires near the same size. Nun-the-less I always true my tires 62F 63R prior to a long main. I run 37's, what ever brand on smooth surfaces and 40's on parking lots.

Also (This is subject to driving style) run Ofna 120k wght or 100k wght Mugen front diff oil and 10k Mugen rear diff oil. 50whgt shock oil all around.

Camber: 1.5-2.0 front, 2.0-3.0 rear
Toe: 0 front, 2 rear
Ohh, get the 37t ring gears for the diffs.

Happy Building, the car drives great and sets up easily

I have started building mine and there were 2 rear bulk heads and no front bulk head in the box. So now I have the buy the missing parts that I need. Lucky they are cheap. I have also opted not to run the Sirio engine and using a JP FX 12 FO instead. Tell me what you think of the Sirio engine when you get it going.

didn't you complain to your dealer?

So I guess my experience is just a lot better than yours.

btw, there's an option part bearing in one of the steps that states BRG007. There's no BRG007 but a BRG007F.
