If you are going to run on a track with loads of sharp corners and heavy braking then I would recommend running a spool up front as it give straighter braking, quicker turn in, and no diffing out so you could run without roll bars for even more cornering grip.
NiMo have you tried the Fw with the one-way and with a spool in the rear?

On the stop and go hairpin corners the solid front was great, but on flowing sweepers you'd be better off using a diff with 50,000.
I'm running 600wt shock oil in the rear diff at present, but then it is a cold and slippery winter here.

I cant keep off the brakes so a one-way is a no go
(when are Kyosho going to make that FW04 type central one-way for the FW05)

Bobby,
Glad to hear that your still racing and you got rid of that broke down yokomo. lol Debbies has move to a new store. We have permant carpet track inside and now we are working on a permant onroad 150x75. You will have to come back up and do some racing.
