I think you have tried everything.
Try the RRR that supposed to be better ....LOL... (i might join you!) AM GONG TO
I think you are running a too softer compound, try going 37 front 40 rear. NO GOOD,does the same on all tracks and all compounds...
i never had this problem on my fw ,and im running the stock set up with 37shore(monotuning tires) front and rear.

Default FW ISSUES

hi all.
thanks for all the help guys,
nimo i am a very agressive driver,,in all the years ( 14) that i have been racing,, i canot settle down when im on the podium..i know thats half my problem. i do like the adrenalin rush when on the podium for a final..i suppose thats why i race for..
when using 30 thou diff oil, i found you had to keep the power on even when you wanted to slow down as the rear will always step out commoning off our very fast back straight. i found 7ooo was enough for high traction and 300 for my track....maybee its wrong but it was the last thing i changed.
even used the kyosho lsd,,no good..tried over driving...37 front and 39 rear,,with same height tyres..no good......smaller front tyre, still no good......i have given up.....
thanks again all.
why all this, because i drove a mugen MTX3 that was new out of the box. and it was better than my hoped up fw at a third of the price, easy and simple to drive, now i do know why they dominate,,
but i have issues with the mugen dealer in aus.
,,,,,mmmmmmmmmmmmmm, what should i do....

Just seen the update from the worlds, looks like the RRR is the car to have, and in the two pictures of Spashett, one is the 05, the other later picture looks like an RRR.

Actually, I'm not sure what tires the Kyosho team is using. I would have thought they were using Power Tires (GRP)

Hey Mike,
1. There are lots of places to get a Mugen.
2. I can't see how more front droop might get you some off power steering - the front suspension is in compression, afterall. More rear droop may do it. What am I missing?
3. Maybe the Bartman is right.

Over at Starting Grid they mention "Kyosho Touring Tyres".
Haven't seen them myself, but the wheels "look" pretty.

Ditto on the pretty. I bought a modded RR a few years back from Japan. It came with 2 sets of these tires. The foams don't chunck, have awesome grip and last twice as long as the GRPs using the same shore. The wheels don't bend either. I wish I could find them at the same price as GRPs in HK.

Default tyres

hi all.
i seem to see the same questions about tyres..
well. the grp are not long life tyres..what the teams use are 'true' long life jap rubber,,the long life tyres are,, speedmind, kawaharra and zac tyres,,,the grp make of rubber is designed to empty your pockets..try the long life rubber and you will all be pleased...you can run say a 37 and have the grip of a 37 but the wear rate of a 40 to 42...these tyres a little bit dearer but they are worth it,,exspecially on a half hor final when you have to run the tyres low.
