Either it's made if good stuff or the Tamiya Moly grease (the black stuff) really works.
Mine also look brand new but only use light machine oil, often.
I do have a slight weep of diff oil from one side of the diff, this works its way into one of the diff support bearings and slows it down.

I would suggest that you run 22/28. I would also strongly recommend that you use the 5.2mm Kyosho pipe.

i have not tried the RD pipe but others seems to have good results with it. I know that the Kyosho 5.2mm works well.

I have tried the 37T and my gearing is a little too tall now. With 22/27 & 50/45 I now have final drive of 6.47 & 4.74. However, at the end of 30min main when tires are worn down to the last few mm the car worked just about perfect.

Default fw gearing

TRAJ. i see that you are running at the stewart gtant track in moorebank. are you running in the nats this week?
try and use 22/ 28 45/56..with the 37 ring gears...they are going to vht the track so use 42. to 45 shore tyres..the best would be the active 43 shore long life multi rings...c rick bart for the tyres...you are going to have to cut the tyres to about 61 mm...lots traction at that track.

Default Front suspension Arm RRR

Does the suspension arms of V1RRR can fit to FW05R? Is anybody experience with it.? Any comment - Is it improve the handling must better?

Currently I'm happy with how it was, the handling is good to me after i change the pipe mount stay to just screw and nut ( Which is lower and let the right steering arm ( secure the fuel tank) go /turn over/above the screw. So i have an option to turn the steering to max. If i need that. And adjust the ride height and droop accordingly. And yes i used Mugen rear upright ( Just an habit to be different..not so sure what it done to me.. but i like it. )

Not just wonder about what the V1RRR front arms got to do with FW05R..

NiMo posted some pictures at 3hobby.com of the various things he's tried on his FW05 from V1-RRR suspension parts.

If I remember correctly, the rear hubs and steering block. I've seen him with the suspension arms too.
