Default Nova REX RER12S5

hi guys, my car has been assembled but i was stuck at the pt that the engine cannot start, mine is RER12S5

when i assembled it, i discovered that the crankshaft can only rotate less than a round, and i saw the piston pushed up to a certain pt that couldnt move anymore, is this a problem of pressure inside affected the shaft cannot rotate?????

coz i used the starter box to move the flywheel, it stuck
really damn

anyone give me comment on this

or maybe telling me how u do to ur engine when it is new??????

You will need to pre-heat the engine. I use a heat gun to do this perhaps a hair dryer will do, you will need to get the heat sink quite warm before you start the engine first time.

If you have put a lot of load on the flywheel you should check that the nut has not worked loose as a shaft run will destroy a new engine.
The locking thing is common so don't worry, it will go away.
