You could also take into account using Mugen 28T or 29T 2nd gear pinion (0.8 module) to bring down the FDR or use the Kawahara conversion which would also bring down the FDR by using 46T / 17T crown gears to lower the internal drive ratio.
Thanks,D. And also thanks esham.

Dino, i did revice the chart abit as to complete the FDR. pls refer to the attachment download- complete but be carefull on the rollout figures there because i used std. pi. 3.14 It was noted by InitialD.. Pls check back this thread at page 34. D and others did comment and give input on the correct calculation on that.

Default Awsome Shocks

I just rebuilt my shocks for the first time since I got the car in December. I had ran a gallen of fuel through the car and maybe 5-6 races so I expected a mess when I opened up the shocks. Much to my surprise, the oil in the shock was still full and clear!!! These got to be the best shocks out there!!! Amazing!

All of you are tech lords, the Ratio Table is too complex to me.
So I did a simple one for myself. I can print it and put it in my wallet.

Dino, did you get your FW-05R yet? I will be in Taiwan for the month of June and we can compare set ups if you like.

By the way, this is a different jeffrey lin, not the one you know. I actually pitted next to him last sunday at a club race (revelation) in LA.

Default pipes

hi all. use the kyosho pipes made for the fw...they are killer.
buy the header and pipe as one....its cheaper....the way the header is...you get max power as it comes straight out. no bends...
not too sure of the correct lenght yet...mine jp ns3 worlds...kyosho header and pipe (efra)...its ot 110cm from centre to rear of header...seems to be the best for this...you dont have too much room to move the pipe unless you want too do some fancey wire bending,

Kyosho has 3 different diameter (5.2, 6.0, 7.0) pipes for the FW05R. I tried the 5.2 and the 6.0 with NS12 S3 and the 5.2 seems to work a little better.
