Welp R40 fans I have also made the swap to another brand and my R40 has been sold. I'll still be around to see what goes on, but hopefully HPI gets more factory drivers with the R40 and or make another new nitro sedan. Cheers!

auto motor store sell a anti sieze compound for lug nuts(it keeps the bolts from sticking to the threads)

Hey Harry, your car looks to have all the hop ups, are there any that you would recommend?

Might be worth a try. I was running grease before w/ the 2 gear rear diff. Now im running oil and 4 gear. So hard to probably compare but it didnt seem to have problems....was real loose though compared to my 4 gear with 10k oil.
green slim works best real sticky stuff very good for diffs.

That is dead wrong....On their website it says that thye accept returns for 30 days, and that instructions are on the invoice you recieved..on that invoice it states that you will recieve payment back in the form that it was paid to tower OR you can have store credit...if you didn't open it yet....

the green slime that associated sells for shock building is a lubricant that will have no viscous action in the diffs......you only want to use some type of heavy weight grease designed for diffs ot silicone....I run a 4 gear diff and 30,000 weight oil(though that combo maight be a little to hard to handle on some unclean parking lot surfaces)...
