Im running the gpm titanium disc , seems to be working well. I just got another hara kit last night so im going to be building this one up differently. Plus im going to scan in anything thats different from the manual since I havent seen really anything on these.

I went ahead and just shoe good it to the bottom and zip tied everything and shoved it behind the throttle servo between the gas tank. I definently like the hara kit much more now after seeing how everything goes. All the plastic parts removed account for quite a bit of weight savings too and the 05 chassis is a little more narrow in the front , as well way more centered.

Im not sure how easy it would be to run a 9550 servo as the cord would exit directly into the gas tanks path. So probably using a full size servo on this chassis would be best for the steering.

Ill have some pictures of it probably tonight. Cant wait to see how it handles next month.

Nothing to sell, but a question to ask.

I want to start racing soon, so I've been to our local track alot lately to check out how the other guys are going about their stuff on race day.

One thing that still confuses me is the pitstops. How do you know when to go in for a pitstop? Do you count your laps or ask your pitman to check the time?

You want to come in before you run out of fuel, you can time it. What I do during a 10 minute main is come in at 5:00. I know my engine has really good fuel mileage so I run a bit after everyone else comes in.

The announcer should normally announce how much time has gone by or is left so you can keep track easily.

The best way is to time your practice. Fill the tank put the car down, start the timer, then start running. When the tank runs dry, check the time. If your track is small, you might be able to get 8 or 9 or even 10 minutes of run time. You can use this to your advantage if the racing is close. By staying out you can gain 1/2 lap or more. If this puts you up by a lap or so, you can slow the pace just a bit for the last minute and try to make it to the end.

And if it handels any different than the fusion .21. Cuz my .21 was ok, but it had very tempermental stering, and made sharp turns.
