I put the gold springs on all around and they are extremely firm. My car had a little too much bouince in the back when it hit a rut in the track. This may have been due more to my placement of the shocks on the rear shock tower

I also had oversteer problems but since I set my radio to only turn 75% of the way, left and right, it has worked much better.

Actually if you go into www.rcmart.com, accessory area, bodies , you'll see that the one there is for the kyosho v one rrr, but the one I got, a friend of mine got it for me, I think it's a SERPENT 200mm lola body. I also ordered the rear floating body from the kyosho v one to se if I can fit it to the R-40

Im thinking about selling my r40. Anyone want to buy one. I just want to know how much id get for it. Or maybe fast harry will trade me his ntc3 for it. It has all the hopups like both towers, lightweight tranny, both lightweight shafts. Front one way and dif, a RD logics pipe, grafite side brace and steering plate. I also have extra gears and the 1.0 tranny. Antother stock chassis is also included. I want to trade for a shaft dirven car. Like NTC3 or FW-05. If I sold it without a motor or radio how much could i get for it.

I would try to trade with Fast Harry first, then check with anyone else. If you go shaft, go Kyosho. Knock your socks off performance with that shaft driven tourer. If it wasn't for the R40 I'd get it, but the LHS doesn't carry it often. Anyway the Rody engine will soon be in my hands .

Only thing about the kyosho is that I can't find parts around here.

I am thinking about another r40 this Summer, Can anyone tell me how to make the Centax Right??? I tried all kinds of Shimming Different Lubes and Greases on the Thrust but i Could never finish a Race with the Same Clutch I Started With....It usually ended up Locking up so it would bog the motor Down on low end., I liked the Car but that Clutch Drove me Crazy!!!

This is the RSX. With custom front lip cut. Looks very sweet and its ultra shiney. I applied some special stuff to really bring the shine out.

A bit of loctite on the threads will keep the clutch nut from loosening.
