I have two pairs of chanells and it's soaking in liqued wrench at the moment.

I just don't want to screw up the clutch bell as none of the 3 LHS have it in stock and any order I put in won't get here till next week.

LOL. Surely, I'm gonna fire up the ol MT12. I'm gonna have a bunch of integy parts on there and get a new lola body. Therefore I'm gonna drop the 8th idea. If anything I'll get the RB V12 3 port for a bit more top end speed. Got the R40 parts coming in this week and the next week. We will meet one day Mr Fast Harry and lock horns on that track! Wait and see!

Regg, I don't threadlock my 2nd gear pinion. Only put a lil CA glue on first gear or use thread lock. Just a tiny dab in one spot does the trick. I used a rag and my pliars teeth fits in the grooves of the pinion teeth..Gently push and it comes right off.

Kool. All the R40 guys can team up and we'll be the next FT drivers! LOL. That or make up our own R40 clan of racers. My R40 will surely get some of the upgrades to make it perform even better. I'll prepare it for track domination.

Fast-Yeah you're right. Do you have any integy parts on your ride?

Klander-Not sure. Ask Harry.

HARK on the LW I will try the 58T+22T and 52T+ 28T set up to see if my car loses a bit of torque and gains top end... I don't know if it'll work, but I'll give it a try...

From that setup you will have a lil more top end, because you changed the spur gear. I leave that for fine tuning. For more effect change the pinions.

Yeah I'm just trying different set ups to see which one suit more for me, at the time I'm experiencing too much torque, so as I leave the tight turns and I accelerate I tend to spin off, before with the other tranny this didn' happen too often, so I think my car is too torquier on the first gear, maybe this way I will be able to handle less torque and more top end to make it harder for the serpent to pass me at the end of the straight lol...
