Another look. I think the shock cap is still intact to the shocktower.

However, I did come across that body clip. After this NO one unless they have RC experience will be driving my car.

DAMN! that's one impressive crash...
AS for the snapped dogbone I managed to do that 3 or 4 times last year during races.

I hope the upper suspension shafts aren't bent too badly.

also is your upper deck damaged at all from the impact?

were you running the carbon fiber shock tower? and if so is it still intact?

also you may wanna check your front sway bar and your diff for cracks.

Kewl I thought WD40 would damage the foams as well as that Motorspray/Nitro wash. Ah well. SO far only the stock shock tower snapped off the front diff top part, bone snapped, front left body post snapped, but thats it really. Everything else looks cool. Still though time to bust out the 8th buggy as its lookin pretty badarse right now. Picco .26, 15T CB, 3shoe clutch and THS top end tuned pipe. Tomorrow I'm gonna let this beast ROAR!

No Regg no problem what so ever, the only thing I encontered where the screws, mine was shifting too soon and I felt that the screws where going to break if I tightened more, but after a few passes I was able to further screw them in for a later engagement....

Man!!! Don't ever let a rookie play with your R-40!!! that sucks!! but don't worry it happens to the best of us...
Also be sure to check the upper deck on the right side for cracks close to the steering servo. in between with the gas tank, I had a wreck like that once and the upper deck was cracked on that side...
