Well its a comparison pic, but you do get the same type of stuff used as the stock 2speed unit (screws, grub screws, balls, springs, etc).

well you guys did some weighing...
the stock tranny = 62 grams
LW tranny =42 grams
I guess does 20 grams will make some difference
the only problem I encountered while putting it together is that the allen I normally use was loose on the screws, but the middle screw was fine... Do they have different sizes?

Exact same problem I encountered. They are 2.6mm screws instead of 2.5 which are more common I understand. Just tighten then slowly and use a brand new hex tip and you will be OK.

Well there seems to have been a mixup in my friends order. He got the Rody 3 port turbo instead of the regular RB V12 turbo. Also he payed $230 when it goes for $320+!!!. Hmm. Surely my MT12 will not do as I have enough ppl bugging me to sell it to them. Time I venture to the LHS to make my next purchase. The acknownledgement of turbos now being legal as added my purchase up a notch, however 5 ports being illegal has yet put another stop in the path. However racing at a place where anything goes breaks down the barrier, which lead the march on. The RB V12 5 port is said to be as strong as what my friend had, and being a bit cheaper. Should I purchase it, I'm not sure as this time.

I think you should buy another 3 port engine a bit more torquier and tuned it... At least for racing purpose if you think you don't have enough puff against other cars...
The thing is to get used to the new engine...

I'd like a 3 port engine. If anything I may be able to get the NS12 or something around there. I'd like a nice 3 port engine, either Nova or RB. Sirio I'll have to put aside for the moment.

I wonder how many ports does my engine have??? they don't say it at towers.... I thinks it's a 3 port, but I dont wanna put apart because it's working beautifully!!! if it's a 3 port it's a hell of a buy... I recomend it...

Hey you guys posted at the same time. LOL. Well yeah I'd probably go with a 3 port. I'm really itchin for that NS12 3 port. The RB claimed to make the most power down low compared to other engines at around .93HP faster, which is what I'm thinking about. I just need something for a good drag in the lot and possible racing at the track. I have enough ppl asking me for the MT12 so I may end up selling it.
