you running a one-way up front in this vid?
yeah ussually when we bash at the parking lot and we set the track like you saw on the video with not too much breakage I use the one way... it's awesome, but when we set the track where we use the break a lot I use the normal diff case... I ordered a high torque servo to use the solid axle, maybe that way I will have oneway action in the front with break on all 4's and enough strenght to make the car turn with a little gas on the turns...

sounds good hope it works out for you.

I noticed you guys don't have a drivers stand ( saw the guy standing on the curb ) you may want to invest in a folding step ladder, like what some folks have in the kitchen for getting to the top of the cabinets. you'd be surprised what that extra 2-3 feet of height does for your view of the track. I find that it really helps to better judge the turns.

U are wright... sometimes when my friend takes his truck, we stand on the bed and drive from there, but then sometimes we drive from the curve... At our local track we have the stand, but recently it's been closed because the owners are thinking of making a junior soccer field on it... bummer

Been doing some more weighing...

The regular chassis weighs around 118 grams... maybe because mine was all shaved from hiting the bumps...
the regular 2 speed with out the shaft, just the clutch, the spurs and the adaptors weigh around 62 grams...
Tomorrow I will get my new LW chassis and LW 2 speed to weigh them and post the difference...

I have them linked to my personal web space that my ISP provides me with, using the IMG tag. check with your ISP most give you at least 5meg for your personal web page, I just use mine to host my pics.

I brought it new, took me about 6 hours to build it then had to wait a week for the engine and pipe to show up.

I noticed on the R-40 picture with the redish pink tires that your brake linkage hasn't been properly bent, it has to look like this...
