But how can we be sure it is the larger tank? Does Tower have a listing for the original tank that came with the car and a seperate one for this one?

The reason I ask is, I have yet to see a company openly admit in an ad that their tank is undersized. Its usually after the kit is out that people find out.

So unless that tank has a different part # from the tank that came with the car, I wouldn't be so sure its larger just because its listed at "75cc".

I guess you are right about that. Tomorrow I wiil do some testing by filling up the gas tank and seeing how much gas I get out of it with a measuring device...

I hve some pic from AMGRacer..if you take a closer looker at where the 2 halves join together, you'll notice that there's an extra 2-3mm material added to the fuel tank making it a larger capacity than the ones from the stock kit.

since our track is basically a parking lot, I feel that I'm constantly going at high speeds... Should I get a bigger tank?

I'm still using the stock tank on the R40 and get lots of run time with my MT12 running at high speeds.

Yeah, a little extra fuel tubing and my OS R-spec leave me with pleny fuel. But I can understand why people want the full sized tank.
