I personally think the ProtoForm looks better, but to each his own, I guess.

Edit: that's the 190mm body, btw. They don't have a pic of the 200mm body yet.

Default Losi Alfa

Love the thing with my electric sedan (190mm) but I noticed the body is not so durable. I know, I know, don't hit stuff but my hang up ith Losi bodies is the thin lexan. Hopefully this one will hold up to my Nitro ride, I'd like to try it.

I would assume that unless Losi beefed up the 200mm body, it'll hold up even worse with nitro.

My LHS is ordering the Protoform version for me, once they find a distributor that has it listed... Is it supposed to be available already? I think so, but apparently my LHS can't seem to find out.

I am gonna have to say the Losi Alpha sucks...only because I want to be the only one driving one.... Seriously...It could be the best body I have ever driven. High speed stability, and lots of cornering speed. The Losi guys have out done themselves... In terms of durability...it is very thin... but keep in mind that this is an uncompromising "racing" body. which are always lighter. Now if they could just put an overspray film on it...

Is that the wing that comes with the protoform alfa body ?? That wing looks like it has alot of downforce. Maybe a little too much.

I hear that you can move the rear wing forward for less downforce and vice-versa. It is a great handling car body on small to med. tracks. Don't know on bigger tracks though.
