Why is the ride height that high on the setup posted above?

Sorry for the kickup guys. But i'm just wondering if this will fit a shaft driven car, the OFNA CD-3.
Therefore i would like to know if the body is precutted or not? Because i have to position the tanking holes and (airfilter/(cilinder)coolinghead holes) on different spots. On rcmarket they say it is a clear body but what does that mean? I think it has not been painted but is it precutted?
http://rcmarket.com.hk/product_info....oducts_id=4514

I am sure i get the wheels fixed 30mm front 40mm rear, but maybe with a litte bit of re-configuration i am able to get this conversion on my car especially the bumper and (rear and front) bodyposts....

Thanks in advance. I ask this on rctech because i think the CD-3 is far more popular here than it is in the Netherlands. Maybe a few of you CD-3 drivers already made it a 220mm

Ofna used to have a floating rear body mount for the CD3 and LD3. If you can find one of those, you may be able to mount it up. You will have to make sure to mark the holes for the body and fuel tank, and I'm pretty sure you will need some creative work done to the plastic front bumper, but I'm sure you could work something up. I'm pretty sure the body is not precut.

As for the CD3 being more popular here, that would be a surprise, as very few people seem to run the car now. I still have mine at home, but haven't run it in some time.

Yup thats true I have one myself but i totally forgot it. I didn't use it anymore cause i felt like i couldnt adjust the camber correctly with the rear floating body mount.

Pkracing still sells this rear floating body mount. Look at: http://www.pkracing.nl/index.jsp?mai...d3partsopt.jsp. (scroll down)

But Maybe thats a nice project to do.. If it does not fit i am sure i can sell it here. Thanks for your answer btw.

The only thing i am worried about is that the body does not look so nice anymore cause i have to cut all the holes on the left side (seen from the front) so a tankinghole next to the cockpit. But hey i got something to do..

Hey Guys, I jus bought one of these kits for my MTX4 and cant wait to try it out.... It will be powered by a RB modded OS18tz, that should make it move!!! I run at a small to med tight track that has an open class that allows 1/8 with 1/10!!! Hey Madbeats, is that a MTX4 that you have posted pics of???? It does not look like one. And the setup sheet the you posted, is that for a MTX4 knack conversion or another car???? Thanks for any help you can give me.... Jason
