Thunder racer

HI ALL

latly i have been thnking about getting a new car i have a THUNDER TIGER PRO now and i was thnking of buying a mtx-3
But i want to know.........Everyone says that the mtx-3 is the best car. WHY is it better than my THUNDER TIGER PRO i wont go any faster will it ??? Or will it handle better or something what is the DIFF?????????????????????????????????????????????? ????

The Thunder Tiger Pro is a great car...imo you should stay with
it if you feel comfortable with it...The Mugen MTX-3 is a great car
also (I run one) but I have found that the most important variable
is always your knowledge and experience with whatever car you
are running...if you know the setups for your track AND the parts
availability is excellent for you car locally...these are the most
important factors...good luck, and have fun!!

never heard of a TT "pro"

i've seen there RTR in a magazine once

but thats about it, no one runs it at the track

if you have your car set-up well

and you still can seem to keep up with the other guys

then i guess a new car or maybe new engine is what you are looking for, or both

i have seen the MTX-2/3 run as well as the V one R/RR

from what i have observed

the mugen guy tend to be able to push the car a little harder through the turns with out it breaking out in the rear

and the mugen seems like a very consistant car

but go with what your LHS carries parts for

i have seen the TT pro version, it came with some alu. blocks and some other hop-ups. This car is much brittle than the Mugens.

Man, I love runnin' around half naked and barefoot, eating coconuts, spearing fish with a sharpened wooden stick and jumping on wild boars for supper.

Hopefully our grass drivers stand can hold up another season. All we need now is a new lap counter cause the last one lost some of his fingers while attacking a rival tribe.

Kidding aside, the TT TS4N Pro is a kinda old design but still capable. The only thing wrong with it IMHO is the soft plastic it's made from. If I can remember correctly, Richard Saxton campaigned it for a while but he(and Regan Leblanc) couldnt deal with all the suspension flex especially in the LV heat. A friend who owned one also gave it up for the same reason.

The hole idea of getting th MTX-3 was because my thunder tiger dont handle the setups so shit!!!! When ever im coming out of a courner and i put the power on a bit it spins out. And thats just pissing me off!!!!! So i thinking of bying a mtx-3 because heaps of people say they handle good...............

Definetely get the mtx3!!! Its a sweet looking, driving, and racing car. Nothing is up w/ it except the tc3 and soon g4, but tc3 is a lot more fragile. The mtx3 is easy to wrench on and you will probably find more parts support for it than the thunder tiger.
