As per manual should be 0.3mm ( 0.1+0.2).
I run my Mega with 16% and 0.3mm for large size track.
If the track is short you may try to remove a 0.1mm to gain some bottom end

My evo3 red dot has 3 shims on it. It said it was shimed for 30%. I never measured the shims. I can pull the head when I get home from work.

thanks
They come with 2x.2mm & 2x.1mm shims = .6mm for 30% nitro, you need to remove .2mm shim = .4mm for 16% nitro. i just removed the 2 .1mm shims

IDM is not the same as JLR! They are both Picco based, but there are some slight differences.
