Default RB engines in the NTC3

Can someone tell me if the RB x12 or the V12 will go into the NTC3 without mods? I want the Slide carb and Serpent crank version.

I have a NTC3 with a RB X12 on it (see picture). Fits perfectly and runs very good!

I would say the rb 12 is faster than mt12,but if your local track is med. or small the wouldn't make any differance what motor you used.
for big track yes get the fast motor
You can change gearing and is a big part of speeding

hard to say

but i would say the MR-12 is around the same on the low end-mid range compared to an RB

A guy at our local track runs one in his OB4 and it is balistic! He does run an 1/8th scale pipe though and the low end power is insane compared to my MT12! Another guy at out track runs a V12 with the lowest available NTC3 gears and it flies too. My MT12 is fast but I think it coulc be faster.

i run the mr-12

and i really like it so far

i can beat MT-12's down the strait, and i can keep up with them when im only going 1/2 throttle

i would highly suggest it
