Is there an aftermarket chassis for the EVO2 yet? Kawahara? Atomic? KM?

it takes quite a bit to get all of those out of the car just to weight them, I'm not between rebuilds right now otherwise I would.

Needless to say, all of the lightweight components VS the NT1's stock components (including the kyosho spool) still put the nt1 at an advantage.

With that statement why don't you list the advantages

Thumbs up Setup

Split Pin,

Do you know why Shimo was running the Evo 2 with an Evo 1 Chassis??? Do you know if the cross member in the front was cut out from the chassis?
I found the pictures of the top drivers cars on redrc and studied them for setup idea's. As for the cut out no the cross brace was still intact.
I think Shimo likes to run his cars a bit stiffer than every one else, if you look at his setup sheets.

Thumbs down Lightweight. my butt!!

That's because when you purchase an NT1 all the good bits have to be purchased later and there i nothing in the box, the car costs nearly a kings ransom in the first place . KYOSHO STILL THE BEST

Not sure if Kamikaze Toys and Hobbies has them back in stock but contact them and check with Sam. You can also go direct to Kyosho Corporation of America.

I would try Ashford Hobby, Winners Circle or Raceday Hobbies. They are run by good people that support the hobby in a positive way.
