I don't think that would fix your handling problem son. You just go on and keep re-introducing your car to the boards. Some guys got it, some don't. <shrugsem>

Just managed to finish the first stage of the breaking in the engine today on my new evo2, must say the car has plenty more steering then my previous evo rrrr wc.

The new steering post uses the same adaptors as the M3 evolva, was wondering which adaptor is equivalent to the 12 ackerman ont he old car ?

I've got a 3 day race this weekend and will be running my new Evo 2 WC for the first time on Friday. I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to nitro, but are there any spares I should be sure to get for this car? Will I be fine with the stock clutch or am I going to need replacements/tuning options for it? I'll get the normal spare parts like arms/hubs just wondering what else I'm gonna need to be safe.

The normal plastic spares will be good although getting some extra hinge pins isn't a bad idea. The stock clutch is also good, but I had heard can be a bit tough to setup so I run it as a 4 weight with the grey shoe. I think Walter usually runs a 3 shoe. I am assuming you are going to the race at Crystal Park. There will be a few Kyosho team drivers (myself, Walter D. and Mike P.) at the race as well as plenty of other drivers there that are very knowledgeable about the car. If you need help don't hesitate to ask one of us.

Ok cool, thanks. I put a spool in the front of the car since it looks like there will be a few parts on the track where hard braking would be beneficial, other than that though everything is pretty much the kit setup with 42 shore Kyosho tires, so hopefully it's a decent starting point. Will you be at the track for practice tomorrow?

Cool, at least there will be some help available if needed then, lol.

Hard part for tomorrow is I'm trying to find a pitman, got one for the weekend, but he's working tomorrow, hopefully I'll be able to get the help for tomorrow... my nitro tuning skills are probably a little under where they need to be

You won't have a hard time getting some help, don't be afraid to ask. The drivers stand is so easy to get up and down that I usually do most of my own tuning on the first day.
