Default Team Trinity Picco .15 XP Do's and Don't?

Hey guys I bought a new motor for my RS4-2, It's a Picco .15 XP are there and do's or don't I need to know about this motor before I break it in enough to race it????? I've ran 3 tanks at idle, and one at low revs around my local R/C track, on a practice day.....
