The question would be "why" would you want to put a 21 in this chassis?

Yup way to big a motor for that chassis, you should stick to a .12 or.15 max, the .21 will werk but man the mods you'll have to do get that going, you should just put a .15 in it and you'll be very happy, were just hacking on you dude, thats what we do here, your family now.

Default WolfPack or NewEraModels.

If you are doing a 21 conversion ,i dont know if this company is still around they make a 21 kit or try NewEraModels they should hve what you need.Hope this helps.

Actually a 12-18 would drop right in, but a .21 will not fit without serious modifications as the others have stated. I just bought an OS 18TZ(P) for my NTC3, I have read taht it is way to much power for it but I am going to go with it anyway for curiosity reasons.

When it comes to clutch and flywheel and such, it depends if you want pull start (which I presume you have now) or non-pull. If you go with the current set-up you have now and just change the size of the engine.

If you go non-pull you will also have to consider new engine mounts, just make sure you stick with the same crank style........possibility of needing an adapter for the clutch.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that you must also decide if you want to stick with the side exhaust as you have now or rear exhaust, otherwise you will need a new exhaust system.
