If TX and RX signal got interupted then it will perform preset throttle and steering position.

for instance, you set up your pcm as brake and turn left then once RX is losing signal from TX then it will brake and turn left.

I have never had any fail save device on my car before, I was using PCM radio but I can imagine they have the same function.

Yes, if u wana set it that way... most of the time, set it to brake would be sufficient...

A seperate aftermarket failsafe like the KO unit will only control 1 channel ie. the throttle. You need to add 2 failsafe for throttle and steering (but there is no point for steering). PCM recievers, however, have 2 channel failsafe control!

1 more question

Do u think AM is enough for a Nitro car? I just sold my 3PDF and I cant find a good deal this time on FM radios so I'm thinking of getting a Futaba AM.
