Default RD NTC3 Pipe

I have the RD Logics pipe on my TC3 and the fitting for the fuel pickup is a little too close to the pipe. Has anyone modified their tank to work around the problem? I was thinking some kid of elbow fitting would work but I don't think that I can thread one into the tube on the top of the tank.

Default pipe dreams

you can relocate the fitting and j/b weld the new to the pipe just
make sure the pipe is clean and sand the area so the jb weld can stick to it.

Thats usually what I did. Sometime the angles they put them at aren;t the best for the application so you just plug up the old one or take it off and plug the hold up, then re drill a hole and JB weld a new pressure fitting on the pipe.

Evil.

I think you guys misunderstand what I am asking. I'm not having a problem with the pressure fitting on the pipe, I'm having a problem with the manifold of the RD pipe being too close to the fuel line on the top of the tank.

I put a strip of heat tape on the manifold where it touched the fuel line. Keeps some heat away from the line. I have not had it burn while it was touching the pipe but just for safety reasons i thought i should do that.
