i only wish they made a FT kit so that i can get the front one-way with the kit

rather than spending $50 on it

In a nutshell, Ofna's take of the TC3. The RTR can be had with a 2 speed. Parts aren't really compatable, but performance is pretty good, and value can't be beat. You may want to ditch the engine pretty soon, though...

but i would take the NTC3 over the ofna anyday

because there is zero parts support for the ofna where i live and there is no avalable front one-way

and i hate messing with grease

Parts support may be an issue where you are, but over here, I don't have too much problem with ordering what I need. That is a big factor in whether ir not to buy one. And there is a front one way available and the diffs can be tuned by silicone.

I'm also trying to decide between the NTC3 RTR and the Ofna LD3 RTR!

But based on feedback on this thread, I think I'll go with the LD3. I don't plan to race anyway... but the LD3 costs $50 more.

Or, you can do what I did... buy a used RTR with a 2 speed in it!

So far I've run 3/4 gallon through it in two weeks, and I haven't had to touch it! And, with just the break-in and a few more tanks [1 scratch on the chassis, total, when I bought it] on it, It was only $225 RTR

Of course I swapped in the receiver and OFNA Failsafe from my HPI RS4 RTR 3, but we knew that was coming, didn't we?
