Default sport or race?

i dunno which chassis to get... my friends n i are each planning on getting kits. im not sure if i want a sport kit like the kyosho v one s or a race kit like the mugen mtx-3, ntc3 or g4... for now, we will just be using em on parking lots. the those race cars only good on the track, but if i get a sport car like the v one s, i think it could only take me so far

Hmm, I'd get the NTC3 or the G4 RACER kit. MTX 3 was strictly meant for the track like the Serpent 705. The NTC3 is good because if you go to a parking lot that has some pebbles it wont mess up the car. But the G4 can get pebbles stuck in its belts.

We have 7 G4's in stock at my store. If you want give me your address and I can tell you how much shipping would be. By the way the Standard G4 is 299.99 and the Pro Version is 399.95 I believe, but I will double check that.

cHckbOY5- i was in the exact same postion you where, and was very very close to getting the 705, but at the last moment i changed my mind and chose the NTC3. because where the locals race around here its just mostly parking lot racing, meaning the belt on the 705 would get small pebbles in it, and be more matience and trouble then its worth. so i chose the NTC3 because its shaft driven (harder for pebbles to get stuck in) and because its just more of an easyier car to learn off of.

and i stayed away from electric because it can be more complicated then nitro when you get serious about it. i really dont understand anything about electeric motors and turns and all of that, and sodering . so Nitro was easier for me since ive been flying nitro helis and planes...

and the NTC3 is race capable, its not just a basher, but it CAN be both... which i see as a huge huge +. sometimes i just would want to go to a parking lot and run it with some friends. instead of having to go to a track all the time...

my NTC3 arrived today this weekend its being put together.

Cool

Another choice for parking lot bashing and the NTC3 is the new Ofna LD3. That cars is alot more durable then the NTC3!! Also it comes in a RTR kit witch is cheaper then the NTC3 kit.

The MTX3, 705 and the new G4 are "pro" kits that is meant to be raced on prestige tracks!!
