Only way to burn out the servo is to either short it out or if its digital and you had the battery plugged in without your radio on. Other than that, I don't know.

All right so i got the car going but the clutch is engaging way to early i think. At idle the wheels are spinning. I cant put the car on the ground without it stalling. I cant push the car when the car is off without the engine turning, How to fix this???? Losen clutch, how lol
Thanks

Let someone set up your clutch for you. If your clutch is not right it could lead to engine problems. Watch and learn, cause it will help you in the near future. Without seeing it, its hard to diagnose.

Bring it to 360 Sal runs nitro and get you in the ballpark. If you have the directions that will get you very close.

With the engine off can you spin the pinion gear without turning the motor?

I cant spin the pinion without turning the motor. Also the clutch is a centax clutch that might help. When losen the adjusment screw i can spin the pinion without the engine turning, but then its way to lose, i could turn the screw with a finger.

Sounds like you have the clutch assembled wrong. If you bring it to 360 tonight I'll take a look at it. I cna get you to the point where the clutch works. From there you can talk to the "experts" to fine tune it for performance.

Do you have a shim pack?

Ofna makes a bigger 1/7th car, as well as the 1/8th GTP which is a direct competitor to the K car. The Ofna Merc CLK is available in 1/8th scale. I thought the pic might have been one of the Ofna 1/8ths - I have been trying to find decent pics showing the Ofna CLK and the Celica GTP. The small fuzzy pics I've found so far show them to be at least similar. That is why I was asking - I thought it might be one of the two. If I had to guess I would have guessed the CLK also, but I wasn't sure. Thanks for the replies!

IGT'ers!

Bring your Family and friends along to the race Sunday. Don't forget to have anybody you may know with an IGT come with you as well. We will have guys out there to help you with engines and setup tips.

The Inferno GT's are growing in popularity as we speak... Guys just need to see how much more fun it is to put them down on the track.

See you there

We will be there so long as there's no rain. Clouds will not deter us...
