Is there an advantage of using that instead of the quick release???

It's suppose to allow the wheel to spin truer...You also don't have to worry about ejecting a wheel.

Sounds good. I think the quick release is only useful if you're running 1 hour mains when you have to change tires fast. The nuts will probably be better during shorter races when you don't change tires.

Chris, by the way, what do you think about the euro conversion is it worth it???

And to think, quick change hubs were banned for sedan racing. They even went as far as to ban electric nut drivers to make the change slower.

and 8th scale is going to wheel nuts.. nice

All parts should be hitting the hobby shops soon.
Do you have the part number for the wheel nuts?

Will this system be heavier than the quick release?

The conversion is good...Car felt really good with it considering the track was a little on the loose side. Definitely worth it.

Sorry I do not have the part number...I am not sure if it would be any heavier. The nuts have a hollow center and they are aluminum.

Just want to take a little time to thank C Verano for helping people out at the track this past weekend. He took the our cars and completely set-up the chassis to help us get ready for our KO Propo race this coming weekend.

Ok, I pick you from the airport.. both of you..

I will remind the organiser next year to send invite to US as well ( he is the Picco and Shepherd importer). But this race is open to All Touring and 1/8. I heard just over 200 entires so should be fun.
