Novarossi RS12 TS1

Anyone know anything about this motor? I couldn't find any info besides the website which states 3 port turbo and 1.4HP. I'm getting it in a trade and the guy says on the box, it says 4 ports? I don't see anyone running this motor. What is the production year on this engine?

That's the engine I've been running. Still have a new one in a box. Great engine!
