Default Foams for unprepared road?

I am getting tired of my tires getting ripped away from the rim, is their a company that makes foam wheels that are good on unprepared unblown roads or asphalt?

When bashing on unpreped surfaces, you have no choice but to use the softest foam <35 shore (if that is all you got). The softer foams will chunk easier than harder ones. Use superglue on the sides of a new set of foam to minimize chunking. Add more camber all around (I'm not sure if you can add camber on your Traxxas 3.3). Otherwise, you may have to try out rubber tires.

Jaco, GRP were a few brands that I used on parkinglot tracks. 35-37 shore tires, 35wt oil and med to soft shock springs. Remove rear swaybar. Glue the outside tire/rim so you won't chunk. Cut tires to F/R 60/61. That should give you some grip.

I would switch to rubber tires. You never going to get a soft foam tire to last on ANY un-prepped surface. Foam tires give the best grip, But have the shortest life span.hopes this helps

Default hey

Here in Florida ,we run 42 shore frt,an rear, if you hve a tire truer, you can round the egdes, an superglue the edges, this will prevent you from chunking your tires.Hope this helps.
