The drivers stand looks great....

Reservations made. Sienna Suites said that there is no contract... but they are giving me a 'great rate'. I may come down Sunday (6th)... I have the time off and the weekly rate is really good. Can I run on the track Monday or Tuesday? ... knowing that the prep work won't be done... just to do some engine tuning (and some parts breaking).

Driver's stand looks good... it's been 10 years since Vegas has had shade on the stand. Anyone remember the old stand...not the in between stand, the really old stand?
the old rotten white drivers / race announcing stand......

Enjoy guys. Looks I'll be in 2 weeks of training in New Orleans instead of at this race now.

Mike, sorry to hear you can't make it. Let me know if you still want those parts.

We'll have another major driver attendee announcement soon.

We passed out a bunch of fliers at the WCC this past weekend, and overall the reaction was positive and we hope a bunch more of the local guys will make the trip out to Vegas.

I will be hosting a Motonica setup seminar/pizza and drinks event back at the hotel, open to all drivers. I'll post details soon.

Well, we are a couple of weeks away and we have drivers from all over the US coming to the event. So far we have drivers from: CA, NV, AZ, UT, WA, FL, WI, MO, AL, TX, MI signed up and more still coming. Great room rates available at Siena Suites, hope to see more of the SoCal guys make the trip. It's going to be a good race!

Further proof that this world is full of idiots. You just have to ignore and avoid them like you would a piece of dog $hit.

I have not confirmed 100%, but there is a good chance 2 time IFMAR WC Art Carbonell will attend this race. Pretty sure he will race 1/8th, not sure about 1/10th.

For the January race it seems like I had to ask for a particular person at the Siena Suites who was familiar with the racing and willing to give a better than normal rate. I'd like to go ahead and make my April reseverations, can anyone give me the name of the woman I'm supposed to ask for?

Just a follow up, Art Carbonell will be at the race.

Motonica Setup Seminar/Pizza & Drinks open to all drivers at Siena Suites, Thursday night 8-9:30pm. I'll announce the room number at the track during practice on Thursday. Motonica team drivers will be on hand to answer your questions, and even if you do not drive a Motonica or 1/8th, come by and check out the car.
