Well this was my first weekend with Twister Tires and it went very well. I tested a few different compounds. I used my standard set up for this track and ran the same compounds that I normally use. The Twister Tires performed just as good as any tire I have ran. I used the serpent style rim and tried from 37's to 42's and also tried one set of light weight rims. I liked best to run the split that I have always run. It helps with even tire wear. The light weight rim allowed the car to spool faster out of the turns. You do not notice it much in sight, but the time do not lie. I was a consistent 1 tenth faster and as much as 2 tenths. The key for these tires it that there is good traction. Otherwise you may just spin tires. I ended the weekend with the TQ and 1st place in the main. I would like to thank Kevin at Twister for all his support this weekend with the tires. Look foward to the next race. See you guys in Jan.

Regards,

DJ Apolaro
