Default IS This a good .12 Engine?

is the CX12R2/N Nova Rossi .12 3 port Rotary Carb, Standard Crank, a good engine. And how much a difference is it to the OS TZ12 3 port of 5, which engine is better? and faster

the os engines is a 5 port so most likely it's faster. but to me just cuz it's faster that does not mean it's better. if ou plan to race in santion races it's illegal to use with a 5 port engine unless it's outlaw class. what car do u plan to put these engine engine in.
