Default PB9 Parts

Hi Cabbie. Awesome restoration job. I just recently bought a PB9 myself and need to find some parts for it. You mentioned that you now a website to track down vintage PB parts. I'm looking for a fuel tank, brake caliper assembly and side body post. You know where I can find parts for the PB9. Thanks.

I love threads like this. Really makes you appreciate how far the hobby has come and reminds us that this is a hobby and is all about having fun doing what you think makes this hobby fun.

Cabbie, you have done an amazing job. I just hope that you can make a video of your car in action. I am interested in hearing how that muffler sounds as well. I am assuming it will sound like any other nitro engine out there, but I am just curious.

Hi, I spent a year searching for a new fuel tank but didn't find one! I've now given up looking, Parts like body posts etc you will have to get made, I have a lathe and just bought nylon bar to make new ones, parts are impossible to find now for these types of cars, you have to buy a complete car to get one piece and the cost is scary!

I am very good friends with a past importer of PB cars into the states. He was the distributor for quite awhile. I will ask him and PM you if he has a tank.

Hey Cabbie, I'm trying to make a brake cam support #733/732 for my PB9 (see attached parts list picture). Can you please help me with the measurments for this part. I also need the diameter of the brake cam #734 and #735. Thanks.

Hi bud, give me 48 hours and I'll do a proper drawing of the parts.

Default Hi

Hi my uncle was at work and his mate new he was into rc and asked him if he wanted a RC car so he took it. He then gave it to me because i wanted a rc nitro car. Its got the orignal OPS engine (dont have a clue if it runs).
Its been sitting in my shed for a couple of mounths and its in a state, it looked like this when he gave it to me:
