Default help please on my r40..

hi guys, just bought an r40 and i need help with almost everything because its my first time on nitro cars.what engine do you recommend, brand and size.if possible the biggest sized engine i can put w/o tearing up the car.and does the tranny from the hara edition fit my standard r40?is everything included with the tranny if any slight modification is needed, because the engine on my car is the same with the hara edition, the hpi 12 xs.is it true that the revised hara edition tranny would give me more grunt of the line and higher top speed?im soory guys for all these questions..hehehe.anyway,thanks in advance to all!!!
