Associated NTC3
HPI R40
Kyosho FW-05R
Kyosho VOneRR Evo
Mugen MTX3
Serpent 710
Team Magic G4
I am sure I missed a couple or so but any of these is capable of winning any day given the skill to tune and to drive to their potentials.

It is a question that is bound to get subjective anwsers.
My advice would be;
1. By looking at the design, which one do you like most?
2. Which one has better local parts support? Does anyone in your area run the car?
3. How is your budget?
4. Do you want to upgrade cars? If you do, then some cars have more upgrades than others

Geez, ask a question like that on some forums, and you end up with a major bitch fight, a thread locked, and half the users banned...
Really its personal preference... Obviously dependant on the type of skill level car you want, some will out perform any day...
But at the top levels, its mostly about driver skill rather then the actual car...

I'm surprised no one has started bashing yet.
All I could say is all the cars that are out right now are capable of winning.
The best advice I could give you on choosing your car is buy a car that you could buy parts for at your local hobby shop.
Buy something that fits your driving skills.
Make sure you get a car that you could get support from the guys at your track.
Bottom line, buy something that you like.

A well supported car, something most people at the track know about/driving or have driven.
