Minor upgrades you may want but it's not needed. I have hit the wall at the end of the strait and it didn't break any thing. I have hit the wall a few times right on the front wheel and only broke the upper A arm. This is a solid chassis. I just converted mine to the evo. I will run it for the first time this weekend. Hopeing it will make me a little better at the end of the strait.

Hey!!! How have you been? Are they racing down at vorra this Sunday!!!!!

Anyone know if Kyosho is bringing out a new evolva? After seeing the new mugen mrx5 and the quality in it especially the aluminum bulkheads make my m3 look like an HPI proceed!

The new mugen looks good but aluminum bulk heads will affect the chassis flex. Making it more difficult to steer on most tracks. The regular M3 is stiffer than the newer evo which is geared more taward chassis flex. Has a wider tuning area vs the MRX5. From what I have heard it has a small window alowing you to find a sweat spot.

Don't get me wrong the M3 is still the chassis I run my 966 and p80 is collecting dust! My last comment was just based on the design only. You're right flex is a must fo on road no matter to me what conditions. take care!

I understood what you where saying. Just stating that mugen always produced a good kit except the mtx IMO. I just converted mine and have yet to put it on the ground. Dout I will in a good while. I hope my local track gets it together. I can't wait to see the difference between the mugen 5 and the evo.

I would assume that Kyosho should be coming out with an upgrade from the evo soon, especially since he evo was introduced in 2009 and they usually come up with an upgrade every two years around the time of the National championship.

Still haven't found anything news yet though.

That should be at the end of the 2011 season. Made available to us in 2012. I hope I can get a good run this season before the new one comes out.

None that I have heard of. I would guess they would just put out a upgrade kit !!! The car is ready to go as it is just by all the kyosho factory hopups. That's what I did. The car is super fast and light.
