You should be fine that car won the words in 2007. If you can drove a tight line you can keep up with the cars. Matter of fact chris toso told me that he pefered the evolva 2005 to the m3 said it had more steering. Even my evolva m3 evo came with some evolva 2005 susp parts on the kit. That's what makes the evolva so great the parts are interchangable and the platform is just proven. Good luck I would get the car and have at it. for engines the best bang for the buck are the novarossi 35+21, and the sirio cl7r sti. The sirio is one if the fastest motors you can get out of the box it make big power everywhere it's only weakness is that if you oveheat it the motors is done. Sirio makes a abc version of the motor cl7r I can't seem to find the motor in the USA.

Default Who's participating at the Nationals with a Kyosho?

Who will be at the Nationals ?

Lets get a list going of all the Kyosho 1/8th scales going to Lincoln Nebraska. I'll post a weekly consolidated version of the participants between today May 1st and Race day. Spread the word to post their names.

I'll start the format:

Paulie B Becattini- 1/8
Doug Day- 1/8

Paulie, I am not going to make the Nats.
Maybe if I can slide somethings off my current schedule, but things are looking tight right now.

I need help the m3 evo instruction manual does not give you a base setting to go by for the front track width. I wonder if someone could tell me what the distance from the end of the front lower control arm to the inside of the bottom the steering knuckle is when the front track width is set to 251 mm. That would really help me out I don't know why kyosho doesn't give you a base setting to go by for the front track width they only give you one for the rear. Factory kyosho m3 drivers please chime in.

Hey Hobo:
At 251mm the steering was out of control for my liking. I would go to 252mm and just make sure that both side are symetrical once both sides are fully assembled with knuckles etc.

You can measure from the inside chassis (where the front plate goes) hole to the outside of the pivot ball opening for the symetry on both sides. Assure that the pivot ball cups-10M screws are ar tight as possible without binding the up/down free movement of the knuckle before measuring. Keep playing with both sides lower ball only, until you reach the 252mm.

This is just my opinion.
