I want to ask that does Kyosho Evolva has one of the pinion gear for both 1st and 2nd that made from steel or hard type? I know RRR has one which made from steel which last very long. If they have, what is the part number?
thanks

I do but dont have a scanner. Dont worry too much about this setting sheet. The english version is not really helpful either. Just keep reading this thread & or posting questions here.

All see my winning setup from the first leg of the Cincinnati MWS race last weekend. We also learned that you can't run the new 2 speed shoes on the old 2nd gear spur(has alum lining), it will gull on the shoes. You have to run the new steel lined 2nd gear with the new shoes. The old assembly/shoes from the 05 car work on the M3 with the old gears.

Shhhhhhh - don't tell my car, all i've run is new shoes and old gears and all I've seen is a small amount of material transfer from the aluminum just like always.

Eli's 2 speed looked really bad, running the new with the old.

I've run the new tranny with the old gears without any problems as well.

I'm probably late to the party with this info but just noticed that the M3 setup sheets are now available in English in PDF form on the Kyosho Japan site.

You are correct Michael, I have the Empire products for the M3 car in stock for about a month already.
