Fit and finish is great, it appears that all the material is new, looks like less carbon, more plastic, more black than grey. The rear end is really nice (finally a SHWB in the rear!), rear roll center range is awesome, and rear body mount system/range is much improved. Looks like basic drivetrain carry's over, CVD's, pully's, belts. Totally new brakes, much the 960 cam actuated system. The APP brakeset will not work. I was able to put the SP one way, SP 2 speed one way and SP belts in the car, without a glitch so far. Options for front and rear spool/one way hegiht, and axle height. We have so many more tuning options.

it would be very nice if you could post some build pics....

I really don't have time to take photos, but here is a little more info. While the car isn't equiped with a ball raced sway bar as a standard for the fixed bar, it looks like we can put our old blade bars in with bearings. I also think the empire will come up with bushing/bearing size to use their bar as well, the dimensions are very similar . The brakes are really nice, as mentioned before cam actuated, the premounted pads are spring loaded to keep them off disc when on the throtle/idle. They reworked every inch of this car, even all the hardware is new. The only little bit of sanding I had to do was on the rear bar mount to get it to move freely, everthing else has snapped together.

Yep, I will be in Ft. Myer's.

The clutch looks like an all new 4D design, I haven't opened that bag yet, but it doesn't look like the old big fly wheel 4D clutch.

One of the good changes is that Kyosho finally saw the light and they went with all socket head screws on the whole car, even the ones on the bottom of the chassis, and no self tapping screws (wood screws) either, they are all machine thread screws.

I'll post some more pics when I finish the car.
