Hopefully no turn marshall gets eaten by a 'gator. Big track, can a sedan .12 last a whole lap without throwin' a rod?

I own a 1/5 scale FG Competition Evolution, will there be dedicated weekly classes for 1/5 scale?

Thanks

there are.
not as big as that mind you.

youve got one in London, Scarborough, Streetsville, New Market, St. Catherines and Detroit.
Galaxy in Mississauga puts up a practice track on weekends and lets people play.
Thats just down the 403 from you.
get off at Mavis.

Personally, ive been running in London and Toledo Ohio, but will be in Streetsville this weekend barring weather.

its called Fosketts

got to LondonRC.com and there are directions to the hobby shop and the track.
but the track is only open every other weekend, and this past weekend was a race.

stay away from FC in KW, try Galaxy hobby or Hobby Hobby.

they are 2 very good stores with knowledgable staff and a good selection of parts.

http://www.hobbyhobby.com/
http://www.galaxyhobby.ca/
http://www.advancehobbies.com/
http://www.torontorc.com/

these are all shops in the TO area and all have mail order.

check them out.

hobby hobby has a parking lot track that is open every other weekend and the 25th of this month is the next race.
galaxy sets up a practice track
I dont know if advance has a track
and Toronto RC just got a fresh paved track in behind their building, they also have a carpet track inside.

well I should be in Streetsville on the 25th.
I hopefully will be racing both nitro and electric.

even if you dont race, you should come out to ckeck out the action.

average field last year was about 65 - 70 nitro 200mm and 30 - 40 electric touring.

the first 2 races of the FL nitro series will be at that track, that means I'll be there! It's not much bigger that the one in Lakeland, ours has a 220' ft straight

Yeah, it's a great track they are making some improvements though. Making it wider and the wall for pit lane lower adding power fencing it off. It'll be nice. I belive our series starts in August.
