lol, you guys are funny

the traxxas guys at my offroad track say the same things


plenty of R40's and tc3's have competed at the US nat's



Go through the entire history of nitro rc racing world champs and list for me the cars in the top 10 every year, I think the number of each of my 'top ' cars will FAR outnumber team magic.....that's what I am saying.

the other cars teams and companies have years and years and years of racing experience...team magic has a couple....


I have raced every type of team magic, they guy who has a limited just shows it as he's afraid of no parts...


it's all about history and who has been around so they will be around.

bud id rather you keep quiet than waste your time typing rubbish !!!

While Team Magic may not have the many years of experience of other brands they have proven themselves to be on par with the best and have results at the highest level against the best in the world.

Thats the facts !!!

obviously jayl has not raced a race prepped g4s before.. its different than the g4, g4 pro or mongoose. it feels like a different car. like g4 on crack. unbelievable. when setup right, it will deliver. g4 just has a bad rep b/c its distributed by trinity. the worst mistake team magic has ever made in the us market.

i have built and raced most of the 'top' level cars you speak of, and g4s is on par with the 720 and mtx4. to be honest, i have not driven the nt1 yet, but i am a firm believer of what wins races is how much time and effort you put into setting up the car and practicing with it. in the past i made a mistake of buying almost all pro level cars and trying to race them all. everything from 720, mtx4, r40, g4 of all kinds.. now i concentrate on running and racing one car. G4S.

make a choice, get your tail out to a track, practice, practice, practice.

Wow cheesewhip,you sound like me when it comes to wanting to try all the cars and not sticking with one. You are 100% right! I need to stick with ONE and take your advice of lots of PRACTICE.

The one thing I will add about the G4S is that IMO, it's above par comapred to the others. Why, it's the most durable!! I don't have experience with "Every" sedan out there, but I can say that with all that practice, you are going to hit shit. Well, I have found the G4S bounces back rather then giving in and keeps you on the track longer for your practice. It's also nice when your trying to get throught those longer mains. It's difficult to not make any mistakes in 30 minutes. And it only takes that one mistake to take you out of the race. However, this is where the G4S also shines! You can't win if you can't finish.

I'm sure the NT1 is a great car, but I will stick with my G4S thank you very much!!! 2 time winner of the European race...hmmmm about (How many NT1's?) couldn't take down this one little ole G4S.

The difference at a big race like this is TM doesn't sponsor 40 drivers to make the odds of winning higher compared to Xray. So you can't even go there. Plus Team Magic listens to the owners of their products and work with the engineers to accomodate the owners of TM vehicles. TM is a very unique company with great values. Not a "we know it all" sort of attitude so to speak. Don't get me wrong, Xray has great stuff, I have plenty, but TM's right there with them and IMO ahead of them in some cases.

So to everyone that reads this, this is ONLY my OPINION with a few facts. Don't go tripping out on me now.

Thats right serpantD - the G4S is a very very reliable car - driven many races and also finish, hardly ever do i have mechanical problems - not like some other makes that i have seen!

Overal - each to there own i guess - i have been 110% happy with G4S/+


the longer your with a single make the mor you tend to develop and research on what suits you as a driver and what suits the car in setup!

Kodak my friend! Dude, long time buddy! I hear that your going to the Nats, your first "Big" race. KICK ASS bro. You are going to have a blast! It's a bit more difficult to blink at first, but get in as much practice as you can and you'll do killer. Just need to remember to race your own race. Be sure to use Patto's knowledge to help get you car set up. He knows what's up without a doubt.

I totally miss chatting with the G4S/+ crew. Been spending all my time on 8th scale. I keep telling myself to take a break and run the mini beast, but damn I love that power and speed of the 8th scale. Well bro, if I don't talk to you before then, best of luck to you there. It will be a new experience as well as a fun one. I know that your going with someone else, I just can't recall who it is. Anyway bro, just go out there to have fun and let the racing come natural to you. Again, the best of luck man. You have the car to take you as far as you can. By the way, how do you like the updates of the new + car? I really want to get the rearend parts to support the newer style sway bar. That was the one thing that I really wanted to have changed on the car. Take care man! Later.
