I have tried 45F and 45R and 45F and 40R so far. The 2nd combination was a little tight for me. I want to try the 40 in front and see how that works but I have not had time to do that yet. Maybe this Sunday I can give that a try.

Is your car loose? I am getting plenty of steering with the 45F and a little rear steer with the 45R. The 40R caused the car to loose the rear steer which for me resulted in a .1 to .2 sec per lap loss in time.

sounds neat, but also sounds like a few too many different formats and rulebooks. never done nitro onroad, 1 disclipline i swore i'd never do b/c of cost. this again could be an exception to those on the fence, but 1/7, 1/8, this chassis that chassis, rtr motors only engine upgrades etc.

Hi,
it's been a while.. Like Mikko said the Ipanema tyres have been working great.

We will have our a first race dedicated to this class on next Sunday (there was one earlier in the summer with mixed cars) where we have opened the race to any 1:8 scale buggy based onroad like IGT, GTP and few others like the TT and we call it "1:8 production GT" class. The only thing one can't change is the stock engine and pipe set to keep the competition tight and expenses low(er).

It looks like the 777 enlightened drive shafts are a perfect fit to IGT and also the new GT alum shocks are sweet.

We are waiting GT2 cars to arrive on September (Audi) and October (Corvette). It looks like this will have an upgraded the gear box (according to the pics) among other improvements.
