that engine is not straining, it is probably barely cracking 30 000 RPM and just getting into its over rev....

Truggy arms would make the tires stick way out past the body's width and might actually make breakage a lot easier because it it.

Here is a short video of Marcos Silva, one of the owners of ALPHA RC in Brazil doing a little practice for the GT Nats in his country.

Car is OFNA DM1, tires are Alpha RC Soft all around, engine is Novarossi Rally .28 and body is new Alpha R3. Track is very low grip as was under heavy rain until couple hours before the video, enjoy :

Independently of the brand of tires, cars, bodies, etc ... lets put more videos of GT !!

cya !

Seriously dude, if your engine is running out of steam at only 3/4's of the way down your straight with 17/21's you really need to think about getting another engine.

How long is your track's straight?
That sure looks like a very nice track for our GT cars

I'm sure many of us, myself included would love to come and race with you, but it is a tough economy and that would be a very spendy weekend of racing more most of us. If you were a 500 mile drive , I would be there tomorrow to practice.

Does anyone happen to have one or two NEW Ofna DM-1 clutch bells with 15T, 16T, 19T, and 20T pinions they would sell me? Seems impossible to find everything I need in one shop, that also has realistic shipping costs. Thanks.
