Different fuels have different oil %, so you will have to retune the engine. Other then that it should not be a problem

i did notce that the new fuel that i want to use uses 18% oil and my other fuel only used 16%. With the higher oil content will it run hotter?

Exactly the opposite. It should make the engine run a little cooler since it has a little more lubrication. Just retune the engine and you should be all set...
