Default Futaba 9450

I have a question..

does anyone know the replacement servo case serial # for the Futaba 9450 servo?

because i cannot find it on futaba's website

I don't know what the serial numbers for the case are, but one reason why you must be having a hard time is that the Futaba S9450 servo is now discontinued.

rookie,if you're going to advance in this hobby,you're gonna have to put a little elbow grease into research...all i did was put
"futaba servo" into towers web site search engine,all the servos came up,I hit "9450",went to parts..and there it was..

i think hes looking for servo case not servo gear. anyway B heres the link to find the servo case.

The servo case is the first item listed in the parts list link I gave him....the second part listed is the gear set....


AND,tower is 2 dollars cheaper with only 3 dollar shipping charge..

mm...actually i am not really a rookie, ive been racing for a few years, but im sure that many many people are light years ahead of me

I was just about to try out the 9450 w/ my 3PK when I found out that it was discontinued. Does anyone know if they are going to come out with something new? Anyone know why they discontinued it?

S9451 replaced it, higher torque I think. Other than that it's basically the same servo.
